It was the night of 19th of Rajab ul Asab, 1385 H. Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA) had departed to Matheran from Mumbai. That night, before he retired to his room, he had witnessed the photographs of Zarih mubarak of Rasul-Husain (SA) installed in Misr and awaiting his dedication. Happy at seeing the Zarih he instructed that word be sent to the Egyptian Government that he would be coming shortly for the dedication. |

For humans, the sense of smell communicates many of the pleasures in life--the aroma of bukhur in the masjid, fragrant flowers in a qubba shareefa, and a rose garden.

It is said that long ago there was a learned man who was well versed in the science of medicine. He once happened to pass through a town where he noticed all the inhabitants suffering from a subtle illness of which they were completely unaware. They could not sense their ailment. The wise man contemplated how best to cure them.
