Imam Moiz (SA) prepared for a trip to inspect an area of his kingdom and plan the extension of a river.
As the day of traveling drew near, there was news that the town had been invaded by locusts that had destroyed the crop. As a result, the town was in a state of drought.
However, this news did not affect Imam Moiz’s (SA) resolve and he set out on his journey. Wherever the Imam (SA) went, it rained by the barakat of his presence, quenching the land's thirst and granting life to the fields.
There was rainfall only in the city where the Imam (SA) was present. When he left a city, it stopped raining there. Rain clouds formed in drought stricken areas awaiting the Imam (SA). Upon his arrival it started raining and continued as long as he remained there.
This happened throughout the entire journey, until his return. By the barakat of his presence fields grew, flowers blossomed and people felt safe once again.
