One day Maulana Ali (SA) borrowed money from a Yahudi and gave him Maulatuna Fatema's (SA) shawl as rehn (collateral).
The Yahudi kept the shawl in his house. That night, the Yahudi's wife needed something from the room where the shawl was kept. Upon entering, she saw a bright light illuminating the room. She informed her husband who was equally amazed at seeing this. Upon searching, they realized that the light was radiating out of Maulatuna Fatema's (SA) shawl. The couple gathered together their relatives. Upon witnessing this miracle, 80 Yahudis embraced Islam.
