| When Imam Husain (SA) was born, Allah sent Jibraeel towards
Rasulullah (SAW) offering him tehniyat (felicitations)
along with t‘aziyat (condolences). When Jibraeel conveyed
both together, Rasulullah (SAW) was bewildered. He pleaded
Jibraeel to explain the meaning of this strange paradox on such
a glorious and happy occasion. Jibraeel asked Rasulullah (SAW)
to look at the newborn’s neck. |
